It was declared at the meeting that the bill (Re.№0072) concerning the denunciation of the agreement elaborated in order to liquidate the presupposed by it groundless tax privileges that have the negative impact on the taxation system and on the economy of Ukraine.
In particular, any income that appears on the territory of Ukraine or Cyprus, inclusively dividends, interests, royalty, income from the disposal of property etc that are transferred fro one country to another are released from the taxation.
Moreover, the People´s Deputies consider that the favorable conditions for the residents of Ukraine are made in order to export considerable sums of money, on absolutely legal grounds.
The members of the Committee have pointed out that as a result of the denunciation of the agreement the negative impact on the taxation system of Ukraine caused by the groundless taxation privileges will reduce.
